On Thursday 20th October, Black Torrington C of E Primary held their harvest festival. In the morning the children took part in harvest activities which included making the loaf of bread for the harvest display, cooking apple crumble, writing harvest poems, and decorating pebbles with fruits, vegetables and animals. The children read their poems and performed musical entertainment including singing and recorders to their parents at the harvest festival in St Mary’s Church in the afternoon.
