Congratulations to Professor Michael Green, our associate executive director of strategic development, and his co-writing colleague, Professor Jonathan Glazzard from Edge Hill University on the forthcoming publication of their book, ‘Learning How to be a Primary Teacher’ which is due to be published in May.

Michael and Jonathan’s book has been written to address the new core content framework in initial teacher education and covers a range of areas including;

Prior to being one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of education, Michael spent a large portion of his career as a senior leader in initial teacher education at two universities. He is currently a visiting professor at both the University of Greenwich and Plymouth Marjon University.
